Most items require 2–5 business days of production before shipping. Peak periods and provider conditions can take longer. An order may arrive in separate packages when items use different providers.

Shipping
Available services, final cost, and estimated transit are shown in secure checkout. The initial store ships within the United States. Carrier estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Damage or production errors
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. If the item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, we will review it for replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for size choice or preference unless the live product page states otherwise. Please review the size guide and exact product details before buying.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
