Why rescue has no office hours

The species changes. The promise does not.

A documentary-style scene from rescue fieldwork

A message can arrive at dawn, during dinner, or just as the weather turns. A cat needs trapping, a dog needs transport, or a wild neighbor needs the right rehabilitator. Rescue rarely waits for a convenient time.

Our role has always been practical: understand the problem, find the safest next step, and stay with it until the animal has a real solution. Sometimes that means TNR. Sometimes it means emergency care, a foster home, transport, or simply connecting the right people quickly.

Designs for Rescue exists to make that response more durable. Every product sold creates more room to say yes to the next call.

Every purchase helps make the next practical answer possible.
